Cancellation policy

You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours from the date/time of our order acceptance notification, and in this event we will gladly refund the full cost or as per specific under prevalent refund policy guidelines. (Refer See our Refund Terms)  

In any event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to accommodate this cancellation request of your order and process as per Return policy, providing your order has not been marked “out for delivery” in our system.

Cancellation request that does not comply to above mentioned practice, will be deemed invalid and thus refund/return terms will not be applicable. On specific case-to-case basis, we are committed to respect & listen to your views, and look for methods of mutually acceptable alternative solutions.

Refund policy

Every order will be considered accepted and completed once the delivery notification is sent to you. In case the item you purchased is defective, please contact us at info@skyrouteimpex.com with details of the product and the defect. You may send a photograph of the item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a maximum of 24 hours, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Note: Delivery charges which are part of the order are not refundable.

Shipping policy

1. Delivery Information
Every order is subject to product availability. In case item/items are not in stock at the time of delivery kindly refer to the shortage & settlement terms. Term Delivery will include delivery practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Every order will be considered accepted and completed once the delivery notification is sent to you.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery in India only. Any order/delivery outside of designated areas not available online, at this moment of time. We will be happy to fulfill your request, call or mail us.

3. Delivery Schedule
At the moment delivery days are limited to 3 days per week. Delivery time would be from 12 PM to 9 PM. Delivery schedule is to be used as a guide only and are subjected to the acceptance and approval of your order. In case of customer not present during final delivery, we suggest to use the Delivery on Convenience to prevent the scenario. Alternatively our logistics team will take your last moment concurrence/confirmation to deliver as per your Advice.

4. Delivery on Convenience
To help you receive your order at your time of convenience, kindly provide special instructions during order placement by filling up the comments like hand over to neighbor or security.

5. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are based on the total amount of your order. Free delivery will be applicable for all orders above Rs. 1000/-.To find out how much your order will cost, simple, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. shipping charges are calculated based on KMs from our store to your shipping address.

6. Delivery Spoilage and Damages
If there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately at customercare@greendna.in by sending photograph of the damaged products with the order information. Kindly refer return policy for more details.
